Huginn Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and [legal entity name] ("Huginn", "we", "us") for your use of Huginn Sports Intelligence at app.huginnsi.com. By accepting an invitation or signing in, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Closed alpha
Huginn is an early test version, offered by invitation. Features may change, break or be removed. We may suspend or end access at any time. [Lawyer: confirm whether the alpha is free and whether there are any fees.]
2. Accounts
- You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure, and do not share sign-in links.
- One person per account. Do not let anyone else use your account.
- Age. You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms with you.
- Coaches must only invite athletes they actually coach, using an email the athlete (or their parent or guardian) has agreed to.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, download in bulk, or resell Huginn data or analysis;
- try to get around usage limits, security or access controls;
- use Huginn to harass, discriminate against or harm anyone;
- enter medical or other sensitive health details about athletes;
- reverse engineer Huginn's methods or measures.
4. Information you add
- You keep ownership of the information you add (goals, notes, training logs and similar). You give us permission to store and display it to the people allowed to see it, and to run the service.
- You confirm you have the right to add it. For athletes, coaches should only add information they would be comfortable sharing with the athlete and their parent or guardian.
- Video links. If you submit a video link for a custom trick, it stays confidential unless it is a public social media link.
5. Our content and measures
- Huginn's software, design, analysis and measures (including Muninn) belong to us. You may use them for your own coaching or athletic development.
- Competition results come from public sources such as FIS. They may contain errors or gaps.
6. No guarantees
- Huginn's statistics and measures describe past results. They are not predictions or promises of future performance, and they are not selection decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

8. Ending access
You can stop using Huginn and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when the alpha ends.
